Round Bottom Drum Liner
1. Produktdefinition
Round bottom drum liner (also known as round pail liner, drum inner bag) is a cylindrical flexible film liner specially designed for round steel drums and plastic pails. It is produced by heat-sealing an independent circular bottom sheet to tubular film. With an integral curved round bottom, it differs from flat liners and square bottom liners. When placed inside round drums, it closely fits the inner wall. It is used to isolate liquid, paste and powder materials inside drums, protect outer containers, prevent cross-contamination and minimize material residue during discharging.

6. Verwendung, Lagerung & Inspection
Usage Guidance
- Put liner into round drum, flip bag mouth over drum rim and keep liner fully stretched without twisting.
- Fill slowly. Avoid high-speed impact pulling the film locally. Bottom discharge is recommended for viscous materials.
- Seal liner opening before closing outer drum after filling.
Storage Condition
- Warehouse requirement: Cool, trocken & ventilated; Vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung schützen, heat source and organic solvents
- Ambient temperature: -10℃ ~ 50℃
- Haltbarkeit: 12 months from production date. Recheck physical strength before use if expired.
- Stacking: Flat stacking, no heavy compression. Keep away from sharp objects.
