Round Bottom Drum Liner
1. تعريف المنتج
Round bottom drum liner (also known as round pail liner, drum inner bag) is a cylindrical flexible film liner specially designed for round steel drums and plastic pails. It is produced by heat-sealing an independent circular bottom sheet to tubular film. With an integral curved round bottom, it differs from flat liners and square bottom liners. When placed inside round drums, it closely fits the inner wall. It is used to isolate liquid, paste and powder materials inside drums, protect outer containers, prevent cross-contamination and minimize material residue during discharging.

Temperature tolerance reference: Standard PE: -20℃ ~ +80℃; Composite film can be customized for higher temperature resistance. Optional configurations: Flange top, PE discharge valve / صنبور, الطباعة, 100,000-class clean workshop production.

Usage Guidance
- Put liner into round drum, flip bag mouth over drum rim and keep liner fully stretched without twisting.
- Fill slowly. Avoid high-speed impact pulling the film locally. Bottom discharge is recommended for viscous materials.
- Seal liner opening before closing outer drum after filling.
Storage Condition
