Our Liquid Egg Bag-in-Box (BIB) is engineered specifically for food-grade bulk egg handling. Made from a double-layer NY/PE+PE structure, the inner bag provides a clean, non-reactive surface that preserves product integrity and taste.
The bag is available in blue film (current model), with transparent and other color options available to meet visibility or branding needs.
Equipped with a 1″ easy-open valve for quick dispensing — or optionally a 1″ screw ring valve (popular with many processors) — our BIBs are compatible with manual and semi-automatic dispensing systems. For high-speed production lines, we also manufacture connecting BIB web formats (continuous linked bags) for automated fillers.
